The Mercedes Benz MB W213 is a car of the upper middle class of Mercedes Benz. It belongs to the E-Class and is built since April 2016 as a sedan W213 and as a T-model S213 . The W213 is the successor to the W212. For the first time came with the W213 the T-model in March 2017 as off-road variant All-Terrain on the market. Likewise, in the spring of 2017, the Coupé C238 came as an independent series 238 on the market. This is supplemented since the summer of 2017 by the Cabriolet A238.
In design, the new E-Class follows the current C-Class, the GLA and the S-Class Coupé. The headlights are designed as well as the rear completely new. The rear lights are exclusively available in LED version with three-level brightness adjustment for different traffic and brightness situations. As in all recent Mercedes models, two grille versions are planned. Either the more traditional louvred grille with star as a hood figure, or the sportier front with one to two cross louvres and a big Mercedes star in the middle. The cockpit is optionally equipped with a 15 cm high and 70 cm wide HD monitor. In addition, a head-up display is available for the first time in the E-Class and further functions for operation via two touchpads on the multifunction steering wheel are planned.
With the new series, a further step towards autonomous driving is planned. Nine partially new assistance systems are planned. The vehicle receives many features previously available only in the S-Class. Just to name a few:

A lane keeping system called Intelligent Drive
Steering Pilot
Active Brake Assist and Evasive Steering Assist (collision warning)
Car-to-X Communication
Smartphone-App Remote Parking Pilot
Smartphone-App Digital Car Key
Adaptive LED headlights

In the modified 238 series, the E-Class has been available since 2017 as the Coupé C238 and the cabrio A238.

The Mercedes Benz MB W212 is a car model of the upper middle class of Mercedes Benz in the E-Class . It was built from early 2009 to January 2016 (sedan) or until May 2016 (station wagon). It replaced its predecessor W211 and is available as a sedan (W212) or station wagon (S212) .
Compared to the predecessor, the car looks edgier and more powerful, a design that was already recognizable in the C-Class W204 in 2007. Introduced by the W210 1995 "four-eyes face" was modified by square headlights. The front is now swept, the grille slightly larger than its predecessor. Mercedes-Benz has increased long-distance comfort mainly through a bodywork system with higher rigidity, improved seats and newly developed suspension, whose shock absorbers automatically adapt to the respective driving situation.
Standard features include the Thermatic comfort automatic air conditioning system , which controls the ventilation and temperature with the help of sensors for the driver and front passenger, a cooled glove compartment and two air outlet openings in the rear area. The Direct Control suspension with adaptive damping system automatically adapts the shock absorbers to the driving situation. Attention Assist , available for the first time at Mercedes, analyzes the driving behavior, warns the driver in the speed range between 80 and 180 km/h, as soon as signs of fatigue or inattention are discovered, and calls for a break.
A special feature of the T-model (station wagon) for its vehicle class is that two additional, retractable (child) seats (approved to 1.40 m height) can be ordered for the trunk. If they are raised, then sit the two additional passengers against the direction of travel.

It is advertised for the limousine with the slogan "Welcome home. The E-Class."
For the T-model (station wagon), the slogan "Elegance creates space. E Class T model."
For the Chinese market there is the long version V212 .
Coupé and Cabriolet form as C207 or A207 the independent series W207 .
